Suggested Preparation
Traditional (Usucha-style):
• 1–2g matcha
• 60–80°C water
• Whisk slowly until smooth and finely frothy
Koicha-style (Thick Preparation):
• 3–4g matcha
• 30–40ml water (60–70°C)
• Gently knead with the whisk until glossy and smooth
Matcha Latte:
• 2–3g matcha
• 40–50ml hot water (60–80°C), whisked smooth
• Add warm milk of choice to taste (up to 390ml total)
