Suggested Preparation
Traditional (Hot Water):
• 1–2g hojicha powder
• 60–80°C water
• Whisk until smooth and gently frothy
Hojicha Latte:
• 2–3g hojicha powder
• 40–50ml hot water (60–80°C), whisked smooth
• Add warm milk of choice to taste (up to 390ml total)
